Jobstreet E-mail Update

Approx 10am (was it? too clouded with work but around there la) I received reply from Jobstreet.

Hi Michelle,

Great to hear you got a job through us. And even happier to hear that you like your job.

Yes, we are looking into enhancing the template as well. But the priority now is to guide the jobseeker on how to write a good CV (not using MSN jargon) or like you elegantly put it, own style and comprehensive.

We appreciate your suggestion and we are always welcome any ideas from the public. We are here to serve the workforce anyway, so what best for you is best for us.

Ps: My colleague saw your blog and highlight to me. Don’t be misunderstood that we are angry at your post or anything. Our culture is always open and direct. We always like to hear from the jobseeker whether the feedback is bad or good. That is the only way to improve our services.

Best Regards,

Hi Daryl,

It's great to hear what is going to be improved first hand. Now that I already got your e-mail address, I'll let you know anything that crosses my mind on improving services and others possible areas as well.

No worries. I wasn't offended. Just surprised to receive an e-mail from Jobstreet regarding my post.

Anyways, nice knowing you and will keep you posted with comments.
